Help with your mailing

Email manthan@ludicroushq.com with the order ID and the email used for the mailing.

Do not send a private review link or token, the PDF, card details, or passwords. A private link grants access to the mailing details.

You can cancel an unpaid mailing from its private review page. If the PDF or either address is wrong, cancel it and ask your agent to prepare a corrected mailing.

Paid orders wait for manual printing, packing, and USPS handoff. If you need help with fulfillment, contact support with the order ID. There is no automated refund workflow, so support will explain the available next step.

Use the same address to request access to or deletion of mailing information. Include the order ID and receipt email so we can verify the request. Some payment or support records may need to remain for legal or accounting reasons.
