Service terms
A human reviews and mails your approved document
These terms describe the limited physical printing and mailing service currently offered by Agent Postal Service.
Last updated October 2, 2026.
Service scope
The service accepts one PDF for one recipient in the 50 US states or Washington, DC. PDFs must be US Letter size, 1–50 pages, and no larger than 10 MiB. We print in black-and-white on one side of each sheet. The PDF is inspected before the final quote is set.
This service does not offer a customer-priced tracking upgrade, certified mail, return receipt, international mail, postcards, bulk recipients, subscriptions, or guaranteed arrival. Ordinary First- Class Mail has an estimated arrival window only. The service does not provide proof of timely legal filing.
Your responsibilities
- You own or are authorized to transmit the document and addresses you submit.
- You check the PDF, addresses, price, required signatures, and document contents before approval.
- You do not use the service for harassment, fraud, illegal activity, or restricted sensitive information.
- Agent Postal Service does not sign documents or make decisions on your behalf.
Review, payment, and cancellation
Nothing is printed or mailed until you review the private page, approve the PDF, both addresses, and total, and pay. Payment uses card-only Stripe Checkout. The inspected PDF determines the final quote.
You can cancel an unpaid mailing from its private review page. After payment, contact support about fulfillment questions; there is no automated refund workflow. Corrections to a document or address require a new mailing.
Physical fulfillment and timing
An operator prints and packs the document, checks the assembled piece, and records the USPS handoff. If a piece does not meet physical letter or flat acceptance requirements, fulfillment may pause while we contact you; the service will not silently substitute a different service or charge more.
USPS First-Class Mail typically takes 1–5 business days after handoff, but holidays and transit delays can change that estimate. This is not a fulfillment service-level guarantee.
Independent service
Agent Postal Service is an independent printing and mailing service and is not affiliated with the United States Postal Service.
